About

Not a resume — this is my story.

The confusion phase!

I joined the Faculty of Science at Alexandria University because my score didn’t get me into Engineering!

I spent two years inside college not really knowing what I was doing — just trying to study before exams and that was it.

God blessed me with a high GPA in year one, and that’s when the confusion started: stick with Chemistry? Or switch to Computer Science?

At that point I literally knew nothing about programming..

The break that changed something

I remember one day a classmate said: “Lucky other faculties… they get a summer break.”

I was surprised and asked him: “Wait… we don’t?”

He said: “We do… but we’re supposed to use it and level ourselves up.”

At the time I thought: “Yeah, whatever.”

But some time later, God — Glorified and Exalted, the Most Generous, the Bestower — put it in my heart to actually start learning for real.

I asked one of our TAs, and she said: “You studied Java in years one and two — try Android.”

I studied Android for a bit…

Honestly? It didn’t click.

On top of that, my laptop was weak to begin with, so it flat-out refused to get along with Android Studio 😂

Where the web began

I entered year three.

First term, we had a web class, and we had to build a project.

I made a landing page for a car showroom.

It was really bad 😂

But it was the first time I felt like I was enjoying studying something… and that’s when I started thinking this might be the field I keep going in.

Nine months… by God’s grace

From the mid-year break of year three, I started learning web for real.

And I say, as Ibn al-Qayyim (may God have mercy on him) said:

“Until God, by His favor, made available to me… someone my hands and tongue cannot repay.”

That someone was Eng. Osama Elzero.

I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with him through his channel.

Then I watched Abdelrahman Gamal’s CRUD videos, the advanced JavaScript series from Trimez Academy, and after that Jonas’s React course.

And in about nine months…

by God’s grace alone…

I had learned front-end, and God blessed me with my first internship at Capivo.

First real job

After that, God blessed me with my first real paid job.

And the reason — after God’s favor — was my friend Abdelrahman, may God reward him abundantly on my behalf, when he referred me to work on the “Digital Transformation Measurement” project.

And from there, the professional journey really began… 🚀

As for the rest of the story, you’ll find it in the Experience section on the previous page 😂

And today

Today I’m a Front-End Developer working on real products.

And if there’s one thing I learned from this journey… it’s that when God wants good for you, He will pave the way.

All praise is due to God for every step that came before…

And what’s coming is even better, God willing. ❤️
